Very short introduction by new member.

42y, been grilling all my life but just bought my first _real_ offset BBQ smoker. (Had Bradley electric smoker for some years but did not like it at all.)

We live in a small farm in countryside Finland and grow all kinds of vegetables, herbs and livestock for our own needs. Chicken, pigs, sheep, turkeys, ducks etc. Also have a bunch of cats & dogs. I have a day job as an IT pro so I really need some physical pastime activities to stay sane

Just registered to this forum to find tips, tricks & educations from fellow bbq'ers. And to have a good time
