Hey Guys and Gals,
It's Notorious Q.U.E. here. I've been watching you guys from afar and decided to join finally. I've been smoking meat for a couple of years and finally got my hands on what I call my Super Cooker, a Shirley Fabrication!
In any case, it's nice to come out into the open and have a login to be a part of the discussion. It's a testament to Texas that your guys' state BBQ forum rivals a lot of the national ones that'll remain nameless. Thanks for letting this Denverite into your impressive forum!

They're Tel Tru glow in the darks! I said if I'm getting a Shirley then I'm going full force and getting what I want. It's nice that on a snowy night, I can glance out our porch window and know what's going on in the cook chamber.
