I have been checking out this forum for about a year now and decided to go ahead and register.

I have been Smoking meat for 10 yrs or so but usually only get to do it 4/5 times a year since it's so time consuming

I have 2 stick burners one trailer rig with a 6ft cooking chamber and 2x2 fire box. The other one is one built into my outdoor patio 4ft cooking chamber 2x2 fire box.
