Howdy!

Postby rabbit hutch » Sun Feb 12, 2017 6:36 pm

Just found your forum and decided to join. I participate on a couple of other smoking forums, too.

I'm a geezer - made the trip around old Sol near 75 times so far.

I live in central Texas. I've been here over 20 years and was in Sugar Land for several years before that. I spent my first half century in North Carolina where BBQ means pork. I smoke pork butts and have learned to smoke brisket. I've only been at this for about 6 years and just got my first stick burner - an Old Country Brazos.

Looking forward to passin' Howdy with you folks.

Welcome! I prefer NC pork to KC pork ANY day of the year. Looking forward to seeing your creations. Coming from NC, Texas bbq will be a big change.
