Hello all. Just found this site. Don't know how I missed it as I belong to several of the other forums for bbq/smoking.
Retired LEO here. Been smoking and bbq'ing for over 30 years. Cure and smoke my own bacon and for friends. Usually do 120 pounds a month.
I have a 7'x18" horizontal pipe smoker with offset firebox. Weber Performer grill, JennAir 75000btu gasser, an original PK grill and the new PK360 grill I just got last week. I have 2 MES 40" smokers I use for bacon and a Bradley 6 rack smoker I use for smaller cooking/smoking.
I also have a 120qt crawfish pot, with a 320,000btu jet burner to get the water going quick. Trying to sell that bad boy, it's just too big for what we do anymore.
We love good bbq, heck, we love good food.
