Good Morning y"all.
I got the smoking sickness a few years ago. Our local Kiwanis's club did a summer festival that included a KCBS
sanctioned event. They were nice enough to bring in a cook trailer and a teacher to teach some of us to be judges.

That was my first taste of competition level meat. My dad and granddad had a back yard pit for whole hog and it
was always good, but nothing like this.

Ribs and pulled pork are my favorites to smoke because the don't take a lot of work once they start cooking.

Tennessee is home and we got some good BBQ places around.
I like to try new things when cooking. Anybody got some good
sauce recipes??
