Greetings.

I found my way to this forum while researching for my first stick burner purchase. I was bit by the BBQ bug this past spring and have experimented with many different cookers in the months that followed. I started out with a small Traeger pellet cooker, then moved on to a Kamado Joe Classic, then a WSM, then on to a Kamado Joe Big Joe. My next move is to the world of stick burners, with the wife's approval, of course.

I look forward to joining the great discussions I've seen here!

One of my biggest fears is that one day my wife will find out how much my guns and cookers cost, instead of what I told her they cost.......I say get one, make some good 'cue and she won't complain too much!
