I have a Oklahoma Joe offset pit.
I built 60" stainless steel offset pit & trailer.
Looking at buying a Deep South GC28 gravity feed smoker in the near future. I make my on rubs & BBQ Sauce. Been thinking about trying a couple BBQ competition. I have a problem I'm addicted to BBQ.
