Finally got back to TEXAS

Not exactly a new member. Been watching from TN for 4 long years. Finally got back to TEXAS, Giddings to be exact. I hope to get to meet up with some of y'all from time to time. I do my cooking on an offset that I built 31 years ago. I added tuning plates, and finally had to replace the firebox about 5 years ago. It is well seasoned.

Looking forward to seeing pics and hearing of your cooks. Way back in the old "daze" there was a City Meat Market in Giddings that made the best Beef Links I've ever pigged out on.
