Hello everyone, I have just started to get into smoking here lately. My father in law had a custom pit built for me for our wedding present 5 years ago. I have haven't used it but twice. I have been doing some research online and stumbled upon a couple of forums with great information! I figured I'd introduce myself and see what more I can learn.
