HELLO FROM SOUTH EAST MISSISSIPPI

Hey there Russ. I remember my greatgrandmother boiling ribs,but she baked them. I have never heard of boiling them first. Please tell me more

Justin, boiling is not the Texas way, but I'm self taught and admit in the PAST, I would boil ribs for 30 to 40 mins, then cook them in the oven with my own sauce, I can tell you they always turned out fine. I'm being re educated to not boil. Lmfao. Boiling can also earn you a ban, and a fine.
