Hello everyone my name is Mike and I love cooking BBQ ..In fact I cook tons (literally) every week. I cook for Kent Black's BBQ in the beautiful city of San Marcos Texas. Just looking for some folks that love cooking BBQ as much as I do.

Welcome.…I've yet to eat at the place in San Marcos but I have had Black's BBQ at the TMBBQ fest a couple of times and really enjoyed it.

Howdy and Welcome, Mike, you said it right when you called San Marcos "Beautiful" and that sammich is definitely a "Start at the top and work your way down" stack of goodies
