Hey everyone!
New to the site, love seeing all the custom builds especially in the UDS section. Hopefully soon I will be starting my very own UDS build to compliment my 22.5" Weber kettle. While the little Weber is fantastic, I miss having a dedicated smoker for larger cooks.
