Backyard cook looking to upgrade his skills

Postby The Old Crow » Fri Apr 15, 2016 5:41 pm

Hi,

Arizona born and raised, but Keller, TX has been home for 20 years. I guess that should make me at least part Texan :texas:

I have been cooking in the back yard for 20 years and enjoy it immensely. Getting close to retiring and am looking to upgrade my skills and probably do some contest cooking in the next year or so.

I currently have a 16 x 36 Chuckwagon horizontal offset with a vertical cooker/warmer section and of course the good'ol 22" Weber.

I just ordered a new insulated vertical cabinet, the LSG insulated cabinet smoker.

I look forward to learning a lot from ya 'll here, so let the learnin' begin...
