Just wanted to say hi to you all. I am newly retired, and hope to spend some time this summer cooking outside on a grill. Living in the UK we don't get quite the consistent weather patterns, but I intend to make the most of the good days we get.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you and having a good look around the forum to pick up some tips and recipes.
Cheers

welcome to the group
what many serious bbq cookers do is build some type of permanent roof cover over their cooking equipment
my outdoor cookers are just outside of my utility room door, just outside of my kitchen
my grill, smoker and shelves are under a metal roof i attached to my fence
when it looks like rain, i have an umbrella i setup over my OldSmokey
