Nice to meet you

Hello everyone, just making my first post right after registering. My name is Scott, I'm over in Lewisville and I am looking to gain more knowledge about bbq/smoking b/c you can never have enough info. I cook a lot, as far as smoking goes, brisket is by far my favorite. Anything pork (ribs/shoulder/tenderloin) is a close second.
