Postby J_G » Tue Mar 15, 2016 1:29 pm

Hi all,
Name is Jeroen, 51 years old and i am building myself an offset smoker, the smoker is nearly finished, i will place the nuild in the right section of this forum.
Going to ask for some information also as smokers are quit rare over here, so i thought why not go to best source available on the internet, the texas BBQ forum.
Thanks for having me !
