Newbie from Tennessee

Just signed up heard this is the forum to be in for tips an advice about smoking meat and BBQ pits. Ordered 24x60 Captivator from Rich at Gator Pit back in Aug so I have few months left before I get it. Cooking on Char-Broil off set now (piece of crap) but it gets the job done just takes a lot of time and effort. So big Hello from Tn to all
