Greetings from sussex, england

Im just a regular family guy who loves to cook on his bbq. I have a two burner gas grill for day to day use. I am in the process of building a charcoal grill and have just been given a smoker for christmas which I cannot wait to get going.
I fell in love with bbq food whilst on vacation in FL with my sister-in-law and her American husband. You yanks know how to eat well!!

i had a friend who didn't like bbq food. Don't speak to him anymore. I don't need that kind of negativity in my life!
