Checking in from Carrizo Springs

Postby RonnieT » Sun Dec 27, 2015 10:23 pm

Been reading here for a while but first post today. I cook on a LyfeTyme stick burner/smoker. Been grilling steaks, fajitas, burgers, etc for years but just recently started long smokes. I've gotten pretty good at ribs and pulled pork from what I've learned here. Can't cook a brisket to save my life. Also enjoy cooking on my disk and Dutch oven.
