Sanger Texas

Postby bobcat1 » Sat Apr 25, 2015 12:57 pm

Afternoon all. Just joined. Ordered my first smoker today. Don't know much about it so I have no advice. I ordered a Pit Barrel Smoker. Seemed pretty straight forward. I think even I can cook on that. I am a propane and charcoal grilling fool but never smoked meat. New Diet cuts out fried food so I'll be smoking chickens, turkeys, pork and beef. I bet I learn some new tricks here. :chef:
