Well after a lengthy absence from the forum i finally got my smoker finished. Put a deck on it and shes going really well. Having a big NFL day next weekend so doing about 30lbs ribs and the same in Buffalo wings for my mates. Ill be using the forum to get a few new recipes. Heres a photo of the finished product.

Good enough to make any Texan proud! :texas:
20" x 40" Party Gator Pit
Custom Mobile Stick Burner
Summerset TRL 32" Built-In Grill
Weber Q2200
48" Custom Firepit
Bertello Pizza Oven

I can't always please everybody. I'm not bacon.
