Howdy everyone my DH showed me this site and I like it. We are both lovers of BBQ,in fact already found a couple of things I wanna try. I'm married to the great guy in all of Tx we have 2 great boys 16 and 14. We live on FIL's ranch raising cattle and goats. Look forward to learnin more about BBQing.

Thanks y'all this looks like a fun place to be. I don't grill much and have never smoked but I'm a fixin to learn. DH is really good at but he's usually so busy until dark so I figured I would take over and learn the ropes of it all.

Bigwheel I can't speak much on the cattle part of the operation that's hubby and FIL's thing but I can talk goats till I'm blue in the face. They are fun to raise don't know about the money part though. Oh and they taste really good grilled. :lol:

Goat is one of my absolute favorites.....................I raise Boers and have one pet pygmy. LOL Got a Kiko buck too, but he is headed to the sale this weekend.

Glad to see a fellow caprine afficianado on the forum.
