Hello from the Pacific NW

Postby bondobill » Fri Aug 05, 2011 10:01 am

Hi everyone, Names Bill, stuck up here on the L coast in the PNW, not exactly known for its BBQ.
Been bbq salmon for some years now but recently started getting into ribs. Got a lot of question on a cooking rig I own, need to do some mods to it. Found this site just googling around, figured I would join up with a group who knows what real bbq is. Anyway thanks for letting me in. When I get a chance I will post some photos of my rig and some question.
Thanks
Bill

Howdy! Will trade beef advice for fish advice. :texas:

Bobby: "No."
