Thanksl. Glad to be here.
I know some of the hornfans.com regulars from that board and have been lurking for awhile before I finally nutted up and registered.
I have been cooking since I was a kid and at one time was in the restaurant/catering business. I'm considering a part-time return to catering since I find myself cooking for others most every week anyhow. I live in the San Antonio area, but am frequently in the Cuero/Victoria area where I am part of a small cattle breeding operation and less frequently at our family place on Lake Travis.
I must admit that I am partially responsible for global warming due to my proclivity for Q mixed with bouts of beer induced flatulence, so I hope that y'all are a forgiving bunch.
Thanks again for the warm welcome.

Hey PW..hearty welcome. Some mighty pleasing and diverse towns you mentioned. Sure you got some tales to tell. Whut be happening around Hippy Holler these days? How many beer joints do Victoria actually have etc? Hope you have picked up the mesquite coals shoveling habit from them S. Texas bohemians you been hanging out with:)
