Mighty glad to be here. I used to do quite a bit of comp cooking in the local area and sausage making but I generally getting too fat...old..lazy and broke to mess with it much anymore. Got into chili a few years back thinking it be less of a hassle..but have now about decided that too much trouble too. Now I mainly just fire up the gasser for steaks and burgers and try to keep yankees and godless left wing heathern devil dawgs agitated on bbq chat forums
