Hi, I'm hornian, and I like to barbecue

Howdy y'all. Gator recruited me from http://www.hornfans.com, and I'm glad to be here. I'm no pro, just a backyard barbecuer. Wish I had a better pit, but that will have to wait until I graduate law school. For now, I smoke on a knock-off of a Bandera smoker, using it mostly for tailgates and the occasional big barbecue.
