Postby dheidemann » Sat Oct 02, 2010 6:20 pm

i'm Daniel. not sure where to start. i'm really new to cooking BBQ. my brother-in-law had gotten me intrested. and was teaching my some stuff, when i was able to be there to help him. but about 10 months ago he was not around to help anymore. i believe most ya'll know him.... his name is James Bennett. so it has taken me 10 months to find this forums. hopefully i can learn something from ya'll.

Welcome Daniel. You were learning from a good man. James B will always be missed here, and I think everyone here who had the pleasure of discussing BBQ with him learned something from him. I know I did.
