Several months ago I shipped some Mud Bugs (aka Crawfish) to my Street Rodder Friend in Minnesota. I also told him the way that myself and my Kajoon Bros East of the Sabine eat them. That means not only the sweet meat from the tail portion but ALSO the spicy and delicious fat from the head. Yum Yum
Being that there was a lot and they were hard frozen together, they decided to invite some close friends over to enjoy some South Louisiana Cuisine. The friends have an 8 year old daughter that my buddy has almost adopted and they are best buddies. My friend told the 8 year old, Natalie, how "we" ate them so she dove right in without any problem. Then he told her that if you eat the eye balls it will make you smarter. She looked at him very suspiciously, bit the eyes off of two of the crawfish heads, swallowed them and SAID.
"OK, Unka Bob, Ask Me a Question !"
