Breakfast at Grandmas
Me and Bobby Earl had just finished eating breakfast at my Grandmothers and had to get back on the road to make the next Gig in Macon. Needless to say we were stuffed with all kinds of Suthern Cooking, including Granny's renowned Cathead Biscuits. Bobby Earl told me that he had to go to the little brown house out back before we left so I walked down the path with him and waited outside. When he had finished the door flew open and he said "I dropped my coat down the other hole and I have to get it out". I replied "you ain't gonna wear that coat now are you?" Bobby said "No but there's a biscuit in the pocket".
I am determined to sustain myself as long as possible & die like a soldier who never forgets what is due to his own honor & that of his country—Victory or Death. William Barret Travis - Lt. Col. comdt "The Alamo"
