I have never flown on SW before and would like to confirm something.
I was told last Sunday by someone that they were going to be charged a fee (more than the actual ticket) to change flights.
I was always thinking that SW was known for being able to make changes without penalties. Am I wrong or was I told something that isn't true?

I call it additional profit
