stoker vs guru

are there any features not found on the guru you wish it had?
are there any features on the stoker you dont need?
stoker users - do you use more than 1 meat probe?
guru users - do you need more than 1 meat probe?
guru users - do you use the ramp down mode?
stoker users - do you use the computer feature - how usefull is it?

I'm just a Guru Wannabe :D Don't think I'd ever use the ramp feature.
