I love cookbooks! I am very partial to Church or community cookbooks, as you can usually read some history along with the recipes. So cool! I mean, is there any recipe out there that can match 'Hilda's meatloaf'?!!

My Aunt and I put together a "family" cookbook about 3 years ago. Had any of my relatives that wanted to submit recipes. I was a bit disappointed because I know that some of my favorite recipes weren't included!

And on top of that, the printer goofed up and the print was very small and was hard to read. By the time we picked up the books, it was too late to have them re-done...

hold tail over open flame until rough skin blisters. remove from heat. when cool, peel off skin. roast over coals or simmer until tender.
