Its more of a budgetary issue now. They have learned they can make money on it. Used to be that the Galley budget was always separated from the operations aspect. Now the rig operators charge the oil companies x amount of dollars per day per person on board. Its still reasonable, bit not near as good as it used to be back 20 years ago. And I find that mostly shameful.
