NOOOOOOOO!
Check the calendar :laughing7:

Here's what we're planning:
We're changing our traditional menu. Only the 4 of us together this year. Usually my parents are with us but due to the situation we are encouraged to stay only with our household for a few weeks.

We usually cook a leg of lamb on the Easter eve but this year will be different. Start tomorrow with smoking a shoulder butt for pulled pork tacos.

Saturday will be grilled steaks.

On Sunday we will have grilled hamburgers with avocado mayonnaise and sides. Probably some bacon wrapped onion rings.

Monday it will be smoked babybacks, grilled sweet and spicy chicken wings and probably some leftover pulled pork.

SWMBO - said she wanted a grilled Burger for Sunday Dinner tomorrow so the Grass Fed Ground is defrosting as I type. Don't know if I'll mess with ABT's or not this time :?: :chef: :dont:
