Central Market is HEB but the expensive Cadillac version.

Yep, but they have a lot of things you can’t get at a normal grocery store. I rarely go down there though.
Looking forward to HEB, but it will still be a jaunt now.
The one in Frisco would have been 5 mins from my old house.

I go there when I really want something. Not a fan of the layout of those stores and the crowd that tend mainly to shop there is a little on the uppity side.

The briskets were pretty rough looking but I picked through and found 2 small ones; one for $16&one for $18. I’m confident I can get them tender with the KAM Pan

The ribs were pretty ugly, thin, and fat. I paid up for some baby backs since we’re going to have a houseful Easter
