Great Men to thank.

Postby Norway Joe » Mon Mar 01, 2021 3:35 am

Sometimes the world should be thankful to a few people. These men are among them.

Can't think about what could have happened if this commando raid in end of February 1943 had failed.

There are a couple of great movies of the event. One British and one Norwegian.

Here's some info on the British version, starring Kirk Douglas

Can't imagine what would/could have happened without "THE ALLIES" back then :flag:

Anyone ever see a favorite film of mine (and not just for the great music), Stage Door Canteen?
