Re: Hunkering Down Winter Weather
That reminds me of the "flip side" of when I was living in Colorado Rocky Mtns.
A lady was in the Drafting Room and commented how beautiful the Country was and said "I'll bet the Summers are awesome" and my Boss, Bill Brady replied "Yes Mam I just hope we don't have to work that weekend!"

With that said, some of our local meteorologists get very excited and maybe a little carried away with their predictions.
We just try to prepare for the worst and hope they have "over" forecast again.
We got one of those guys here as well. Starts off in a suit and tie. Then he breaks in for an "update". His jacket is off. Next break tie is untied. Next tie is gone. Sleeves rolled up. 2 buttons undone on his dress shirt. So the worse he "predicts" the more casual his dress becomes. Told the wife this morning by Monday afternoon he'll be doing the weather report completely nude.
LOL Yep I am familiar with that breed.

Very tough to watch. It's heartbreaking. Kind of reminds me of watching the 2nd plane fly into the World Trade Center.
You know those poor people are in there, but there's not a thing you can do.

woke up this morning to -25 air temp no wind...yeesh. At least I have a heated garage, so no scraping windows.

That is cold, but maybe not unusual in Montana?tantrum95 wrote:woke up this morning to -25 air temp no wind...yeesh. At least I have a heated garage, so no scraping windows.
Have barely crossed the border to your state when leaving Yellowstone through the west entrance. Looks like Montana has an awesome nature from what I've seen from pictures.
