+1! Don is well missed, and I remind every time, a good man to have around in a storm.

LIH, would’ve loved to have had just one night at the Longhorn back in the heyday, they did things nobody else could have done, truly. I did get the privilege of seeing a concert at the old BroncoBowl once (The Smithereens back in my punk/country days) and what a great old place that was. Too few of the great old places left; Poor David’s moved, the Bronco bulldozed, The Longhorn sleeping like Rip van Winkle, Skippy’s Mistake got so high it floated awaaaaaayyyyyyy. Thankfully, the Granada still lives (saw The Mavericks there a few years ago (one of the best shows I ever saw).

At least, TGIH, you can still pull into Keller’s on Northwest Highway and a carhop will still comes out to yer car with a burger and a beer, and a great old style tissue wrapped burger at that.

Old School Rules!

BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
