Lawdy Lawdy, Friend, nothing says East Texas like that Mighty Oak, Wisteria Shade, Ponies graz'n on the green stuff, equine security and thin blue smoke. Absolutely Beautiful, Sir :texas: :wav:   :chef: :salut:

Very nice Mr Rambo. The old girlfriends just don’t know what they are missing.

Sweet, beautiful land.

You forgot to say and yellowing up too, lol. The land is beautiful but everything close to the house is covered in pollen....at least that is how it is at my house, lol

It’s a nightmare in the Pool. If I could, I’d fill it up with dirt but my District Supervisor would not allow that

I hear ya, lol. For me it's the Crape Myrtles. They are beautiful but the little flowers fall all summer long and fill the pool. When the wind blows it looks like it's snowing. They're almost as bad as the oak tree that fills it through the fall and winter.

But....I guess that is the price to pay for a beautiful piece of land. I love yours, especially the smoker with the land in the background. I could bring a lawn chair and a cooler and just relax all day with the smell of smoke and all of that land to look at.

Thanks Weldon. It’s a lot of work and I’ll be 65 in August. I’m really thinking about selling and downsizing. We’re blessed, we’re only 7 minutes from town but the place is covered with Wildlife ; tough decisions to come
