Wish you all a merry Christmas.

We had pork roast, pork belly and pork meatballs, boiled potatoes and sauerkraut for Christmas dinner.
Desert is whipped cream mixed with riceporridge and strawberry juice on top. Usually a scolded almond in the bowl. The one that gets the almond in his bowl wins a marzipan pig.

did some lamb chops tonight first ever, they were ok, doing T-bone tomorrow...this is what happens when the wife lets me go to the store without her. I buy all kind of stuff,
may get back with a picture... none of the lamb though...

Flat iron turned out great with Sucklebusters Espresso Rub. Really enjoyed the bacon Brussels sprouts with black pepper honey on the Blackstone.
