Well, Hello There...We've Been Waiting For You...
Now we will really enjoy putting up the Christmas Lights and cutting down a tree. Gonna grab the Carhartt, my Oboz and the Dewalt Sawzall, and Que the Christmas Music.
THIS is what I remember the most about my childhood Christmas, the COLD Snowy Weather

Yes Sir Joe, I agree. Even if we only get 10" this storm, we will almost be guaranteed to still have it on the ground in 23 days.Joernolav wrote:Enjoy. Nothing better than a white Christmas.

Not a problem if you board a Plane on New Years Eve and spend a couple of days in

We got 3" of snow early AM on Thanksgiving Day, I plowed for 5 hours while the turkey was cooking in the COS. Overtime for the plowguy . Tomorrow we're due for 6-10 inches. And the ice is clogging the river channels in good shape, winter is here.

A Big Let Down for us here in the Poconos Cliff !!CliffCarter wrote:We got 3" of snow early AM on Thanksgiving Day, I plowed for 5 hours while the turkey was cooking in the COS. It's very rare that we get spared the brunt but somehow it changed course at the last minute and we only got maybe 2".
I've been wanting to get up to York and the Kennebunkport area during a good snowfall the last 35 years so maybe this winter we can scratch it off the list.
Would Love to see the Lighthouses and Islands snow covered.

Nice pics. We didn't get close to 6 inches of snow, maybe 4 and 1/2 inch of sleet. Other places in Maine did get the 10 " as advertised though.

Purdy Pics Pocono Pal
That one pic looks almost like an Arkansas Cotton Field during harvest time.
