Easy solution...grind your own meat!

It actually doesn’t take very long...maybe 5-10 minutes for a couple of pounds? You just need to plan ahead and make sure everything is super chilled. I use a LEM hand grinder that mounts on my kitchen island. It goes in the freezer for a few hours minimum (usually the day before I need it). Once my meat is ground, I either use it right away or freeze it right away. There’s great peace of mind in knowing exactly what is in my ground meat!
