I think we are actually having a Steak tonight for dinner!!!!
Ok, so what's the big deal you may ask ??

I'm not sure why exactly, but it's been probably over a year since we've had a Steak lol.

I don't know what to do, I can hardly contain myself

Hopefully its somewhere in between a Hockey Puck and a Piece of Rubber
All I do know for a FACT tho is it will Most Definitely have Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms and a big ole dollop of Butter on top

Ok boys, Murphy popped in for a surprise visit so looks like steaks are tomorrow.

Gonna play it safe and go to my never fail S&P, EVOO on a HOT Akorn Grate and a little Balsalmic and Grated Parm in a hot Skillet with the Rendered Juices. Caramelized Vidalias and Bellas and Salted Butter.
