Got the job done

Postby Mule rider » Sun Apr 21, 2019 9:53 pm

I cooked for 2 Birthday parties on Saturday. 1 for 50 people @ 2:00 pm and the other 30 miles away @ 6:00 pm. Had to start my cook at 2:00 am. Just as I started my fire it started to rain. Rained for about 30 minutes and quit. I cooked 4 brisket 12 spatchcocked chickens and made BBQ beans at the house. On sight I Cooked Polish sausages. It really made for a long day but these 2 cooks are in the book. Everyone loved the meal I also got 2 other cooking gigs for the summer. Here are some pics from the start and final product from my cook. I was too hard to try to take pics while the cook was going on.

It took me while to figure it out. I had to resize my pics in my file.

Wow man !!!
You had ur hands full for sure but it looks like you nailed it down real good !
I'm betting everyone loved everything, it all looks great Especially that Polish Sausage.
Up in the Northeast we call em Kielbasa but yours look so good you could call them nunchucks and I'd eatem.
I love those with beer soaked Sauerkraut and Fried Onions.

Great job Sir !
