After seeing OUP’s C/D a while back, I’ve been wanting to make em. I changed it a bit by adding a little Jalapeño cheese sausage on the inside after removing from the casing. I like em hot so I left the seeds in the Jalapeño. I bought a few links of the sausage from Pruskies meat market over in China Grove. They make it fresh and it’s awesome. I also picked up a couple links of “jalapeño-cheese-and potato” sausage. I’ll be cooking that soon. Cooked on my Weber kettle using B&B charcoal “of course”
Served with a baby red potato salad.

Posting this pic to show what a great improvement, Sir Ric has made with this Dish.
