Spring must be near

Postby Mule rider » Wed Mar 13, 2019 11:26 pm

I had 2 calls within 3 hrs wanting me to cater for their party. As my luck has it they are on the same day, April 20th the day before Easter. When i asked what time they wanted to serve 1 was at 2:00 pm and the other at 6: pm. After doing some thinking I decided I could probably do both of them. I will be serving Brisket, Pulled Chicken, German Sausages, BBQ baked beans , Salad and a roll for both dinners. With a lot of luck and extra chaffing trays I know I can pull it off. One nice thing with my smoker I can shut all the vents and move it from one location to another with a hot fire box. I will try to get pics of the cook and servings but sometimes when the pressure is on its hard to do.

We've just come into autumn or your fall, winters 3 months away, I hate winter.
