Non crawfish eaters don’t seem to understand that the mess and noises are all part of the experience

We often make some crawfish salad if we have any leftovers. Tastes really good on a slice of loaf or a toasted slice of loaf. Here is what we do:

0.45 lbs of boiled and peeled shrimps.
0.45 lbs of crawfish tails.
1 half red onion finely chopped
4 tassels? Of dill finely chopped
0.4 cup of creme fraiche
0.4 cup of mayonnaise
Juice from 1 half lemon
Salt and pepper

Mix everything in a bowl.
Add shrimps and crawfish at the end and stir them in.

It's best with both shrimp and crawfish but you can do fine with only crawfish.

This is also great as a starter. Served on a small piece of toasted loaf and some dill and a slice of lemon on top.
