Wanted to roast some Pecans yesterday and I was craving some salt and sweetness. Didn't want to use the normal brown sugar and Jack Daniels Recipe so I used Suckle Busters new Hog Waller Honey Rub and some butter. They turned out great with a perfect balance of seasonings, even for "this" salt freak.

All I would add is a good flick on the tube, some ice cold Fireball Whiskey and a recliner and then stick a fork in me !!

Re: Hog Waller Honey Pecans
Thanks, Jeff , they are very tasty but I think I'll add just a touch more salt on my next batch - - - however, I am a Salt Freak so that might not work for everyone
