After Christmas Dinner we had lots of Leftovers that we couldn't get the Kids to take home so this morning I was browsing the Frig to decide what to use or what to throw out. Right before my eyes, lay some Pineapple chunks and Sweet Peppers. So I got down the Food Processor, opened two cans of Rotels, Oven Roasted the Peppers and Own-Yawns and VOILA Pineapple Salsa in the Frig.
